Somethings New: - Emergency Contact Information This service allows you to provide emergency contact information to law enforcement in the event of an emergency. This information may save crucial time if ever it becomes necessary to contact family members. What's New Mouse Exercises - For patrons new to using a mouse, it take a little practice. This site provides some simple exercises. Provided by Senior Net.(Location: Computer Technology/Internet Tutorials) World History for Us All - World History for Us All is a curriculum for teaching world history in middle and high schools. It contains a History of the World in Seven Minutes, offers teaching units, lesson plans, activities, and resources and introduces educators to an integrative approach to world history, culture, and geography. This online job market tool is specifically designed for employers, job seekers, students, training providers, and professionals seeking career information and resume tools. What's New Deaf and Hearing Connection - Visit this source for information for the local deaf community including hearing aids, free telephone distribution, events, volunteer opportunities and other services. (Distribution at the Clearwater Main Library the second Wednesday of every month, 1 PM - 3 PM.) (Location: Community Resources/Deaf Services) USA.Gov, (formally called FirstGov, same information- new name and URL) - Connects you to millions of web pages from the federal government, local and tribal governments and to foreign nations around the world. On USA.Gov, you can search millions of web pages from federal and state governments, the District of Columbia and U.S. territories. Most of these pages are not available on commercial websites. (Location: Government) What's Relevant AARP Tax Aide - Visit the Tax Aide page of AARP to find a tax preparation site, find answers to tax questions, and locate links to tax and other financial web pages.
