The Clearwater Public Library System will change its operating hours effective Sept. 27, 2008 for each of the five Clearwater library branches. Hours will be changed to the following:

Clearwater Main Library

• Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m.
• Monday through Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Countryside Library

• Sunday, 1 to 5 p.m.
• Monday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday, Closed

East Library

• Sunday and Monday, Closed
• Tuesday and Wednesday, 12 to 8 p.m.
• Thursday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

North Greenwood branch

• Sunday and Monday, Closed
• Tuesday through Thursday, 2 to 6 p.m.
• Friday and Saturday, 1 to 5 p.m.

Clearwater Beach branch

• Saturday and Sunday, Closed
• Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
