07:21 pm - Attend Gallery Reception that Touches Hearts
Celebrate the Main Library’s newest exhibit, Progress Energy Heart Gallery of Pinellas & Pasco, by attending a reception, June 4, 2 – 4 p.m. at the Clearwater Main Library. This traveling exhibit features local children, ages 8-16, available for adoption. Read their stories through the professional portraits featuring the faces, voices and stories of foster children seeking “forever families." Heidi Akers, President of the Heart Gallery, will speak about the gallery’s mission and representatives of the Safe Children Coalition will be available to answer questions about adopting and fostering. Clearwater Main Library galleries are open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
