08:00 pm - AP Photo Archive - Database of the Month
Looking for photographs, audio sound bites, graphics and articles spanning over 160 years of history? The Clearwater Public Library System has the resource for you.

The Associated Press Photo Archive is a searchable database of photographs dating back to 1826 along with AP news stories from 1997 to the present, plus a collection of maps, graphs, charts, logos, flags and illustrations. These images can be used in research papers, reports and PowerPoint presentations. So whether you are looking for a picture of the Wright Brothers or want to hear the British anthem, check out AP Photo Archive at your Clearwater library.

Access by following these simple steps:

1. Access AP Photo Archive from the library’s database page
2. Scroll down to AP Photo Archive, or choose it from the drop down menu.

To access outside the library, your library card and password are required.

For questions on this, or other resources available, contact the Reference Department at (727) 562-4970, ext. 5032.
